Against loss or damage by fire or lightning or by any of the following perils subject to an additional premium:
- Animal damage
- Flood
- Windstorm
- Riot Strike Malicious Damage
- Aircraft Damage
- Deliberate burning of undergrowth plants or trees within the estate
